"Course selection felt limited"
I was a bit let down by Relias Academy. I expected a wider range of course options, but once I started looking around, a lot of it felt either too basic or just not relevant to what I needed. For the price, I was hoping for a better selection. I also didn’t really feel confident reaching out to customer service about it, since places like this usually just give you a canned response instead of actually helping. Overall, it just wasn’t as useful as I thought it would be.

"Discount code didn’t work"
I signed up because they were advertising a discount, but when I got to checkout the code wouldn’t apply. if a promo is being shown, it should work without customers having to chase it down. I reached out to support, but the response felt generic and didn’t really fix anything. Just left me feeling like the offer was misleading.

"Refund came through, but it took more effort than it should’ve"
I bought a course on reliasacademy.com and then realized quickly that I didn’t actually need it, so I reached out to ask for a refund.

To be fair, the refund did happen, but it wasn’t exactly smooth. I had to follow up with a couple of emails just to get a straight answer, which felt like extra work for something that should’ve been simple.

In the end, they gave me my money back, so I’m not super upset. I just wish the whole process had been faster and didn’t make me feel like I had to keep chasing it down...

The certification process was such a headache. My course showed as completed, but the certificate took forever to show up. I contacted support, and they kept sending what felt like copy and paste replies instead of actually helping. It was really frustrating, especially because I needed the certificate for work

I might be overthinking it, but the accreditation details didn’t feel very clear to me. I kept second-guessing whether I was missing something, but I just didn’t come away feeling fully confident about it.

"Mostly works, but I got a little turned around"
Relias Academy has been okay overall, I think. Most of the time it works fine, but there were a couple moments where the site got on my nerves. Some pages took forever to load, and one course froze near the end, or maybe it was right after I finished the last section, I can’t totally remember. Either way, I had to log back in and figure out where I left off. It’s usable, just not something I’d call totally reliable.

so I took this course thinking it would count for my CE credits, but my board ended up not accepting it. I really wish that had been made clearer before I paid. I reached out to support too, but they weren’t very helpful, so the whole thing was frustrating...

"Getting my transcript was more annoying than it needed to be"
The courses themselves were fine, but they made getting my transcript way more of a hassle than it should’ve been. Some pages loaded weird, and I had to click around a bunch just to save the documentation I needed. It wasn’t awful, but it definitely felt like the site was making things harder for no good reason.

I finished my course, but for some reason it still didn’t show as completed. At first I thought maybe I missed something or didn’t click the right button, so I kept checking and refreshing, but nothing changed. I ended up having to contact support, which just wasted extra time. Maybe it was a one-off issue, but the tracking feels buggy and not very dependable.

"Got the compliance training done without risking issues"
I mainly used this for required compliance training, and it did the job. Some sections felt a little slow and repeated the same points more than needed, but I’d rather sit through that than miss something important and end up with a compliance problem later. Not the most exciting tool, but I got what I needed out of it

"Slow replies that didn’t really help"
I signed up and quickly ran into an issue with one of the courses, so I emailed them thinking it would be a simple fix. my first reaction was just, okay, this is already kind of annoying, but I figured customer support would sort it out.
The reply took a few days, and when it finally came, it didn’t really answer my question. I emailed back, and the next response was super short and felt like something copy-pasted. It wasn’t a total disaster, but it definitely made the whole experience more frustrating than it needed to be

I feel a little embarrassed admitting this because I kept thinking I must’ve done something wrong, but my course progress didn’t always save properly. Sometimes it updated like it should, and other times I’d come back and have to redo parts I already finished

I was kind of embarrassed realizing how much work-related stuff I’d forgotten, but some of the courses did help me refresh the basics. A few were too long and a bit boring, so I found myself zoning out. It’s not bad overall, I just wish some parts were clearer and easier to get through

"Honestly, I wasn't happy with it"
I really didn’t have a great experience with the site. It was annoying to navigate, and I didn’t feel like the courses were worth the money. I had a hard time finding what I needed, and support wasn’t all that helpful either. Overall, it was just frustrating, and I wouldn’t use it again.

"Quizzes Were Such a Hassle"
The quizzes kept freezing on me, and I just had to sit there waiting like I had all the patience in the world. It made the whole exam and quiz experience way more frustrating than it needed to be
